What is a fair price for our electricity?

La Chaine Parlementaire

Dr. Raphaël Boroumand, Professor of Economics at PSB, is interviewed in the documentary Quel juste prix pour notre éléctricité (What is a fair price for our electricity?), directed by Emmanuel Kessler and broadcast on LCP–Assemblée nationale.
